beyond them.

From pregnancy to midlife and beyond, support for women, children, college students, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, and life transitions.

Integrating EMDR, attachment-based, and experiential therapy to support meaningful emotional change.

Rather than only talking about patterns, I work with how they are held, supporting deeper and more lasting change.

Experiential, trauma-focused, and relational.

What You May Be Experiencing

  • Feeling stuck in repeating emotional or relational patterns

  • Overwhelm, anxiety, or emotional intensity

  • Reactions that feel automatic or hard to control

  • Difficulty feeling grounded or steady

  • Experiences that feel unresolved or “stuck in the body”

My Approach

Therapy is relational, experiential, and paced with care.

I focus not only on what you are experiencing, but on how it is held emotionally and physically, supporting deeper and more lasting change.

  • Attachment-based and trauma-informed therapy

  • EMDR and experiential therapy integrated when helpful

  • Focus on regulation, safety, and emotional awareness

Therapy becomes a space to actively work with experience, not just understand it.

  • Working toward certifications in Aging & Mental Health (ECAMHS) and Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C).

  • I integrate attachment-based, experiential, and trauma-focused therapy to support emotional processing and regulation across the lifespan.
