You may understand your patterns, yet still feel stuck in them.
EMDR helps your system process what hasn’t fully resolved, allowing meaningful and lasting change.
What is EMDR
EMDR supports the brain and body in processing experiences that remain unresolved.
It allows those experiences to shift, beyond insight alone.

How I Work
This work is steady, collaborative, and paced with care.
We focus on how patterns are held—and how they can change.
EMDR via Telehealth
EMDR can be just as effective through telehealth as it is in person.
Using secure video sessions, bilateral stimulation is adapted in ways that feel simple and natural in your space. This may include:
Guided eye movements
Alternating tapping
Telehealth allows you to:
Engage in therapy from home
Remain grounded in a familiar environment
Access consistent care across locations
We move at a pace that feels manageable, with attention to regulation and integration.
Some experiences are held, not fully processed.
EMDR allows them to begin to shift
Therapy is offered in person in Boulder, CO, and via telehealth throughout Colorado and New Hampshire
